The purpose of this RFP is to invite companies/consultants to submit their proposals to Venture Taranaki to undertake a design thinking approach as a means to refine and recalibrate and refresh our tourism/visitor offering and product development, based on a user-experience centred approach. The work programme is expected to include not only undertaking the design thinking approach but also provision of a report which details the specific actions and product development recommendations which flow from the investigation, including relevant piloting/testing and steps for initiating in a practicable way, timeline, budget and communications etc to achieve desired future state.
