Overview
The Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority (EECA) has partnered with Venture Southland (VS) to deliver the Wood Energy South project in the Southland region. Venture Southland is requesting a proposal for the preparation of a Consultant and Specifier Practice Paper and an accreditation and certification programme to provide engineering consultants and specifiers with a relevant set of guidelines and certification to effectively evaluate fuel supplies, technical specifications, life-cycle and cost-model aspects of wood fuelled heating systems to enable object capital investment decisions to be made.
