We are looking to procure debt advisory services specifically in relation to assistance with our upcoming renewal of debt financing facilities and then working in partnership to provide ongoing debt advisory & management.
Key objectives include:
• Assessing the competitiveness of current facilities and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Developing a debt strategy that aligns with the University’s cash flow requirements, MoE borrowing consent and Treasury Management Policy.
• Supporting engagement and negotiations with existing and potential lenders.
• Providing independent advice on structure, pricing, covenants, and risk management.
