The University of Waikato is inviting new entrants to join its existing Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Services Panel. This RFQ is issued on a by-invite-only basis and is not open to the general market.

We’re seeking suppliers to provide on-call services across our Hamilton and Tauranga campuses, covering maintenance, repairs, projects, and general refrigeration and air conditioning work. Services are delivered on an hourly rate basis, with no guaranteed volumes.

Panel membership runs through to 31 August 2027, aligned with current contracts. Rates must be consistent with existing panel members. Health & Safety compliance is mandatory, and MBIE Broader Outcomes are encouraged.

Responses can be appended to the RFx document provided, or respondents may submit their own format — no template is required.
