The University of Waikato wishes to refurbish a floor of Building J. J.3, on the Hamilton Campus. This 1960’s building will undergo a full refresh by converting a dated office heavy floor intro a modern open plan office space using joinery typology solutions to help transition the Academic staff out of their offices.

The Procurement Lead wishes to appoint a Joiner who can undertake the manufacture and installation of the joinery. To date we’ve been working with a designer to help design this solution and have already secured shop drawings to help reduce the duration of manufacture as we are needing to hand over the space by mid-June 2025 in time for the mid trimester break which starts on 23 June 2025.
