The purpose of this Expression of Interest (EOI) process is to invite interested parties to register their interest in supplying purpose-built or purpose-fit student accommodation facilities in the Tauranga city region. This project entails the leased supply of an approximately 80 – 150 bed purpose-built or purpose-fit student accommodation facility in the Tauranga city region. The accommodation should primarily be designed to cater for individual students, but consideration would also be given to rooms that could cater for couples and/or University staff. It is envisaged that the University would supply all administrative, housekeeping, day-to-day building maintenance,
and residential pastoral-care staffing requirements.
Price band set as an EOI, this is phase one of a two staged UOW tender process.
