Overview
This project entails the design and construction of approximately 50 self-contained studio rooms, within one or more buildings, across two properties: 185 and 187 Silverdale Road, Hamilton. The accommodation is designed to cater for individuals and couples, and to be of a standard to meet both student and staffing needs. This process is intended to ascertain and shortlist suppliers with resource and capability to work alongside the UoW for an in-depth closed RFP process.
