Overview
The University of Waikato wish to procure construction services to undertake internal fit out works, converting the existing chalets into student accommodation. As a result of this tender the University is anticipating a lump sum contract agreement under NZS:3915:2005 with the successful tenderer that meets its requirements. Site inspection is mandatory.
