Overview
The University of Waikato wishes to contract for the HVAC equipment and controls upgrade in TRU (Thermopile Research Unit) Block on its Hillcrest campus. The upgrade works comprise the installation of new outdoor packaged air handlers and a new VRF system, alteration to the existing fresh air system, installation of new supply and return ductwork, supply and return air grilles and alterations to the existing electricals and Building management system (BMS) controls.
