Overview

The scope of works includes for, but is not limited to:
1. Design of new heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems to serve ground floor teaching rooms A.G.11 & A.G.12.
2. Supply and installation of new heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems to ground floor teaching rooms A.G.11 & A.G.12.
3. New HVAC system integration into the Universities existing Honeywell Building Management System. Integration is to include for graphical interfaces, time scheduling, temperature monitoring & adjustment, and CO2 sensing, for each room independently.
4. Supply and installation of a roof mounted platform for the outdoor units, of appropriate sizeto allow one man to service / maintain the units without damaging the roof and to mitigate the risk of falling.
5. The removal of existing wall radiators and the blanking off of connections.
6. The supply and installation of window restrictor stays to all opening sashes.
7. Remediation of any new penetrations through existing building elements with respect to weather-tightness and fire separation.
8. The provision of “as-built” drawings and specifications submitted in both A3 hard copy and as AutoCAD DWG files.
