Overview
This RFP relates to the procurement of suitably experienced and qualified fire protection contractors to partner with the University of Otago | Ōtākou Whakaihu Waka in the inspection, testing, maintenance, certification, and ongoing support of fire protection systems across the University's property portfolio.
The successful supplier(s) will work collaboratively with the University's Building Compliance and Property Operations teams to ensure fire protection systems remain fully operational, compliant, and fit for purpose, while supporting a safe environment for students, staff, visitors, and contractors.
