Overview
The University of Otago is seeking proposals from experienced contractors to provide construction planning, design and build services for the refurbishment of Cumberland College. The refurbishment is set to take place in a staged manner over the next three summer breaks (between academic years) ready for occupation in alignment with the annual student intake in February of each year: 2026, 2027, 2028.
