The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to invite suitably experienced parties to provide information regarding the supply of a Centralised Logging, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) & Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR) Capability and Security Operations Center (SOC) services suitable for Higher Education Institutions (“goods/services”) with a view to subsequently preparing a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Tender (RFT) to be issued to the market. Potential respondents capable of providing the services are invited to respond to this RFI.

The University of Otago is looking to gain a clear understanding of the market's capability and capacity to deliver the Project and/or Services and whether further efficiencies, effectiveness and value can be delivered by Respondents.
