This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Proposal for Consultant Project Management: Supply Chain and Procurement Enhancement Programme contract opportunity.

The person(s) nominated for this role is/are expected to have the experience and expertise in delivering large scale projects within complex environments impacting multiple internal stakeholder groups.
The Consultant Project Manager will work closely with and co-ordinate the activities of project staff, internal University suppliers (e.g. IT Services, Change Management, Communications) and external vendors. With a significant amount of change management anticipated and the variety and scale of impacted stakeholders these projects will be more focused on organisational change with an IT systems element.
Phases of activity will include:
• Completion of project evaluation to approval,
• Detailed requirements design and solution design,
• Procurement
• Project planning
• Project delivery
