The University of Otago requires a media monitoring agency that can record and share all media mentions in an accurate and timely manner. This agency must be able to monitor and analyse print, online, radio, and TV mentions. They must be able to provide accurate sentiment and coverage reports to be delivered to our various stakeholders. The supplier must also provide accurate sentiment of our coverage M.I.S. (media impact score) and accurate competitive data against other universities.
