This procurement is to replace a superseded Web Room Booking software solution, prior to the end of support of this software, as part of the Room Booking Consolidation Project.

This is the only system that complement the proposed timetabling changes by having integration with Syllabus Plus. A change of supplier would cause significant inconvenience or substantial duplication of costs for the agency.
