This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Proposal for the Events Management Software Solution contract opportunity.
The key outcomes that we want to achieve are: an improvement in efficiencies around the planning and organising of events, and consistency in service delivery.
We require a cloud-based software solution that can be used to manage and track events, create websites and registration forms, provide a mobile app for conference attendees, and an abstract management module for academic committees.
