The purpose of this process is to consider the transactional function of desktop software licence administration within the University and propose an alternative, outsourced solution for the delivery of this function across the University.
This Request for Information (RFI) has been prepared in order to assist the University of Otago in its pre-RFT/RFP fact finding process and to provide an outline of our requirements.
The expectation is that the selected provider will deliver a solution that will provide software procurement and administration for desktop applications across all the University of Otago’s campuses.The University encourages the applicant to offer suggestions on how they may be able to improve our current software purchasing processes based on their experience and benefits they expect the university to realise.
