Overview

This is an invitation to suitably qualified suppliers to submit a Registration of Interest for the Te Rangi Hiroa College Project opportunity. This ROI is the first step in a multi-step procurement process. Following evaluation shortlisted Respondent/s will be invited to submit a full proposal in response to a Request for Proposals (RFP). This document deals only with the first step i.e. the ROI process.

This ROI process is intended to ascertain and shortlist suppliers capable of responding to a Request for Proposal (RFP) process for the Design and Construction of the new Te Rangi Hiroa College.
The new college project is driven primarily by the impact of the new SDHB Dunedin Hospital Project and also forecast future demand. The proposed new Te Rangi Hiroa College will be a 450 bed College located on University of Otago land at 180 Albany Street and 81 Anzac Ave.
