The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to invite suitably experienced parties to provide information regarding the supply of ‘an Online Payment Gateway Solution’ (“the services”) with a view to subsequently preparing a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Tender (RFT) to be issued to the market. Potential respondents capable of providing the services are invited to respond to this RFI.

The current Credit Card Gateway services a number of university applications that allow for internal and external users to provide payment for services to the University. Some of these applications are ‘in house’ applications developed and maintained by the Web Services Office. Other university applications connect to the Credit Card Gateway, for example, the IT Training application. Also, some university applications connect directly with DPS.
