The University of Otago is seeking feedback from the market with regards to the procurement and construction methodology proposed for the new Research Support Facility building to be constructed on the Dunedin campus commencing in mid 2016.

The Research Support Facility is a 4 storey laboratory and research facility with a complex building services installation associated with containment laboratory spaces (PC2+).

The formal ROI process is scheduled for early 2016 and the university may seek input from contractors during the detailed design.

The purpose of these briefings is to introduce the project to the market and seek feedback.
