UNITEC Institute of Technology wishes to consider Registrations of Interest (ROI) from suitably experienced and resourced companies/consortia to provide Professional Services for the above projects. The services required are listed below.
• Architectural/Lead Design Services (including Landscape Design Services)
• Project Management
• Cost Management
• Structural and Civil Engineering Design Services
• Building Services Engineering Design Services comprising:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Hydraulics Engineering
- IT/Data/AV Services
- Security Services
- Fire Sprinkler Design
- Fire Safety Engineering
- Acoustic Engineering
