Project B111 - B115 Roof Clean and Building Commercial Paint - roof clean requirements: Chemical wash to remove lichen and preparation for painting, the roof is known ACM and cannot be disturbed. Painting for all cladding that in new Unitec color scheme. Building specifications B111, standalone building 2 level including ground floor. Floors are 4.5m in height, the footprint of the building is 27m x 27m. B112 - B113 are 3 buildings that are connected to learning blocks with a center access block with 4 levels 4.5m in height including ground floor. Specifications are B112 27.5m x 27.5. B113 10.7m x 15.4m. B114 2.7m x 2.7m.
B115 is an L shaped footprint 3 level building including the ground floor, 4.5m in height. The first section is 43.4m x 16m, the second section is 28.6m x 17.2m.
