The purpose of this registration of interest (“ROI”) process is to invite interested
parties to register their interest and submit their credentials for the role of
Construction Services Contractor required for the proposed Unitec Institute of
Technology (UNITEC) Projects:

A. Construction, Engineering and Trades Building (CET), approx 5000m2
B. The Hub Project

This Request for ROI (RROI) covers both projects A & B, however submissions
should be separate for each project. Interested parties may submit a response for
one or both projects.
