RFPs are being sought from companies interested in undertaking the operation of the Park St Recycling Station on behalf of Upper Hutt City Council (UHCC).
The contract is expected to start on 1 April 2026 and will run for a three-year period with an end date of 31 March 2029, and with two potential two-year extensions available beyond this date, subject to performance measures.
