UHCC is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for the delivery of the UHCC General Maintenance of Roading Assets for an initial 3-year term.
This Request for Tender (RFT) is an invitation to submit a Tender to the Upper Hutt City Council for its General Road Maintenance Contract.
The contract is expected to start on 1 October 2025 and will run for a three-year period with an end date of 30 September 2028, and with two potential two-year extensions available beyond this date, subject to performance measures.
The Instructions for Tendering and Conditions of Contract sections of the RFT are available for download on GETS. The Maintenance Specification and Schedule of Prices sections will be provided to registered suppliers on Friday 13 June 2025.
The Closing Date for this tender is 24 July 2025 at 12.00pm.
