UCOL invites proposals from suitably qualified contractors to deliver seismic strengthening works to Block 1 West and Block 3 at its Manawatū campus.
The scope includes structural strengthening, enabling and demolition works, reinstatement, associated building services modifications, and consent and quality assurance requirements. Works will be completed in an occupied tertiary environment, requiring safe staging and minimal disruption to campus operations.
This opportunity is suited to contractors with proven experience in seismic strengthening or structural remediation in occupied facilities, strong health and safety performance, and the capability to manage programme, stakeholder and site interface risks. UCOL is seeking a collaborative delivery partner that can provide value for money under an NZS3910:2023 lump sum contract and maximise work during the summer recess.
