Overview:

Universal College of Learning Limited (UCOL) is seeking proposals from experienced architects and building envelope experts.

This project requires an external Building Envelope Review for UCOL's Manawatū Campus to assess the condition of buildings regarding weather tightness, aesthetics, and building asset preservation; provide recommendation for mediation, prepare tender documentation for qualified works contractors to complete the remediation, evaluate skills sets and tenders of acceptable contractors, recommend works contractor, and oversee implementation of specific remediation recommendations.
