Electronic Contractor Sign in / Induction
UCOL is a Government Institute of Technology and is the major vocational and applied education provider serving the lower North Island. We are seeking Registration of Interest from providers of electronic registers for contractor / visitor sign in and induction.
We have three sites, Palmerston North, Wanganui and Masterton and we will require up to six log in / induction stations. What we need is a system that will pick up all contractors / visitor coming on to our sites and collect that information to a single point.
Currently any Faculty can engage a contractor for any purpose, often only the Faculty know that the contractor is on site and this is proving to be a problem for quality of contractor engagement and review and our emergency management procedures.
