Within next six-months the Water Services Authority – Taumata Arowai (the Authority) will be completing an RFP for the final focus areas of our Water technical panel. The intent of this RFP is to create a highly qualified and experienced panel of suppliers that will provide Wastewater and Stormwater advisory services.

The Water Technical Panel members provide technical advisory services that cover a range of core areas of expertise for water (to support regulatory operations, regulatory policy, and the commissioning of scientific research).

The main outcome to be achieved from this procurement is improved access to regulatory, technical advisory services to support the Authority in the performance of its functions, powers and duties.

This opportunity relates to the selection of Wastewater and Stormwater providers on the Water Technical Panel only. The providers who are successful in their response to the RFP, will be contracted for an initial term of three years with three rights of renewal of two years (3+2+2+2) exercisable by the Authority.
