Overview

Wānanga are New Zealand Tertiary Education Institutions that deliver educational programmes and opportunities within a Māori environment. Te Wānanga o Aotearoa consists of three Tākiwa (regions) across New Zealand, and operates from over 80 locations throughout the country. The location of these sites can be viewed on Te Wānanga o Aotearoa website.

Te Wānanga o Aotearoa (Waikato Region) is seeking suitably qualified catering providers for a range of services. This opportunity is for the provision of fresh, healthy, and nutritious food offered within allocated budgets to students and staff.
Provision of a catering service for Hui - morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and/or dinner, or a combination of these options. Numbers for Hui can range from 4 to 60 people. Provision of a catering service to support noho marae and one-day wānanga delivery at the below sites.
Mangakōtukutuku Campus (254 Ohaupō Road, Hamilton)
Provision of catering required:
• Weekend/weekday Noho marae and one-day wananga catering
• Conference catering {for both internal and external parties)
• Hui catering {for both internal and external parties).

Raroera Campus (510 Te Rapa Road, Hamilton)
Provision of catering required:
• Weekend/weekday Noho marae and one-day wananga catering
• Hui Catering (for both internal and external parties).
Proposals are sought from suppliers who can provide the best mixture of service, quality and food variety.
