Overview
Te Wananga o Aotearoa (TWoA) wants a solution to issues with leaks from the roof of its campus building at 5 Heriot Drive, Porirua. We are looking for an inexpensive ‘fix’ which will provide us with a minimum of 5 Years weather tightness warranty. The warranty is to apply to the whole roof – profiled steel sheeting, Butynol guttering etc. If interested in tendering for the work please indicate your interest by responding to the attached submission requirements. Also attached are a location plan and existing roof plan.
Once you have registered your interest we will select a short list of tenderers. The works are expected to start in early February 2020.
