Television New Zealand Limited (TVNZ) has a reference library of newspaper articles. Articles are stored in envelopes ordered alphabetically by subject. Clippings are from the past 40-50 years. TVNZ is seeking to digitally scan these assets to the highest possible quality and to have completed this process by no later than 30th September 2026. As TVNZ will upload the scanned documents into its digital archive system we do not need to buy a search or storage solution. TVNZ is looking for Respondents who have the capacity to scan up to 2 million newspaper clippings during the contract term if required (2 million is likely the upper cap of clipping quantity)
This ROI is the first step in a multi-step procurement process. After evaluation, shortlisted Respondent/s will be invited to participate in the next step (RFP).
