The New Zealand Debt Management Office (NZDMO), part of the Financial Operations, has responsibility for managing the Crown’s debt, overall cash flows and interest-bearing deposits for the Treasury, and ensuring the Treasury can accurately account and settle its Financial Markets transactions.

This RFP follows the recent ROI, where NZDMO has selected a shortlist of suppliers that we believe have the capability and capacity to deliver the financial markets trade accounting and settlement services. This is the second stage towards selecting a single external service provider who can meet our requirements that are detailed in the RFP document.
