Overview

The Treasury is seeking a supplier to lead and deliver comprehensive Business Change Management services to support the adoption of our new SharePoint Online (SPO) Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS). This engagement focuses on preparing staff, building capability, and ensuring that the new ECMS is embedded as the standard way of working across the organisation. Technical delivery of the SPO solution will be managed internally; the supplier’s role is to drive user readiness, adoption, and sustained behavioural change. All Treasury staff are expected to be actively using the new ECMS by June 2026, with the potential for a later phase to extend change support to Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet (DPMC).
