We invite you to register your interest (Registration) to provide investment banking services to Kiwi Group Capital Limited (KGC or Buyer) to assist with an equity capital raise of up to $500 million for the benefit of Kiwibank Limited (Kiwibank).
This Registration of Interest (ROI) is the first step in a multi-step closed procurement process. After evaluation, shortlisted Respondents will be invited to participate in the next step.
The ROI responses are due no later than 12 noon on 24 January 2025. Early responses are strongly encouraged.
