The Treasury is seeking a supplier to undertake a qualitative research project as part of a ‘Diversity and Inclusion diagnostic’. The intent of the research is to help the Treasury understand the degree to which its current culture and practices are inclusive, assess progress against a previous diagnostic, and give ideas for further action towards becoming a more inclusive organisation. The supplier will conduct face-to-face interviews of both individual staff members and groups, using questions developed in conjunction with the Treasury. The interviews will form the basis of a report provided by the supplier detailing the findings from the interviews, with recommendations for action. The supplier will also prepare of a selection of short, revealing excerpts from the interviews that can be used in subsequent workshops with staff.
