Overview
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the appointment of a main civils contractor to deliver civil works for the 136 Taniwha Phase 1 Earthworks and Land Remediation Project.136 Taniwha Street, located in Glen Innes, Auckland, is a key urban regeneration site led by the Tāmaki Regeneration Company Limited (TRL). The site is undergoing staged land enablement and infrastructure upgrades to support future residential development.
