This Request for Proposal (RFP) is an invitation to suitable suppliers to submit a proposal offer for asset management survey services for the 2,591 homes owned by TRL.
Tamaki Regeneration Limited (TRL) are looking to engage an asset management survey consultant to complete a condition survey for the homes. The managing landlord is the Tamaki Housing Association (THA) and both companies operate under the umbrella of Tamaki Redevelopment Company Limited (TRL).
The surveys will be guided by the following:
Property Asset Condition Survey – International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM) developed by NAMS Group (The five-point component / condition grade methodology).
Asbestos – A management survey Health and Safety (Asbestos) Regulations 2016 and the WorkSafe Approved Code of Practice
Wider Healthy Homes – Residential Tenancies Act Insulation requirements (including Insulation Statement)
The results of the survey will be uploaded in the required format into TRL’s online Asset Management database. Completed surveys and data entry for all properties is required by the end of June 2019.
