This request for proposal (RFP) is issued for Tāmaki Regeneration Company (TRC). Through this RFP Invitation, TRC invites proposals for the development of a site on West Tamaki Road and Leybourne Circle. The site, close to Sacred Heart College, comprises five properties. Two have frontage to West Tamaki Road and the other three have frontage to Leybourne Circle. The overall land area is approximately 3960 m2.

TRC has selected a two stage “design competition” approach to procurement of a development partner. The first stage, an Expression of Interest (EOI), was released 19 June 2017 and closed 7 July 2017. Respondents were to submit a Concept Design for development of the site. TRC received and evaluated four proposals and two Development Panel members were shortlisted to receive this RFP invitation
