Overview

This expression of interest (EOI) is issued for the Tāmaki Regeneration Company (TRC) and also on behalf of the Ministry of Education (MoE). TRC invites responses for the provision of Developer/Owner/Operator (Partner) of the Tamaki Early Years Hub. This is an opportunity to become part of an innovative whanau centred project which will provide a blueprint for the future of integrated service provision for families with young children. The aim of TRC in this procurement process is to obtain sufficiently detailed information to enable TRC to select and appoint a party (or parties) to provide the design and construction of the building as well as ownership and operational management of the facilities in conjunction with the Ministry of Education. This stage of the procurement, the EOI stage, will be to identify a shortlist of up to FOUR respondents to be invited to bid for the opportunity by way of a future Request for Proposal (RFP) process.
