Overview
This Request for Proposal is to seek a development partner for the purchase and development of the Overlea North component of the Fenchurch/ Overlea neighbourhood and the sale back to TRC of approximately 30% of the housing for social housing. Overlea North consists of approximately 11,473 m² of land at Overlea Road, West Tamaki Road and Leybourne Circle in Glen Innes.
