Overview

This RFP invites shortlisted Respondents to submit proposals to purchase and develop 2,650 m2 of land on Dunkirk Road, opposite the entrance to Armein Road.
Dunkirk catalyst is one of 2 projects located in the Dunkirk/ Armein precinct. It is currently home to 4 individual dwellings. The end state of the development is required to yield between 35 & 40 apartments, approximately one third of these to be social housing. TRC has a need for 1 Bedroom accommodation, and therefore wishes those social homes to be such. It is acknowledged that the Development partner will likely wish to make the balance of the numbers as 2-Bedroom.
