With effect from 1 April 2016, the Tāmaki Regeneration Company Limited (TRC) took ownership of all 2800 social houses in the Tāmaki area previously owned by Housing New Zealand (HNZ) with a goal of creating a thriving and attractive community. As part of TRC’s Tāmaki regeneration programme it is proposed that the 2800 existing social homes will be redeveloped to create 7500 new homes comprising a mix of social, affordable and market homes.

To further its goals, TRC is advancing a number of redevelopment projects, through its subsidiary, Tamaki Regeneration Limited (TRL). This is a closed Request for Tender process to invited tenderers. The scope of works includes delivery of site de-contamination, earthworks and civil works for projects Fenchurch 4, 5 and Line Epping.

The Fenchurch project is to be carried out in four separable portions to this contract. The works are located in Glen Innes, on both sides of Taniwha Street and includes side roads Kestrel Place, Kiano Place, Mansfield Street and Sunnymead Road.
The Line Epping project is to be carried out in two separable portions to this contract. The works are located in Glen Innes in Epping St, Delemere Place, Line Rd, and Harlow Place.

This completed form must be emailed as a signed (scanned) PDF to the Tender Information Contact Person named in the Schedule to Conditions of Tendering by Wednesday, 9th August 2017.
