Overview of This Opportunity
The Taranaki Councils (New Plymouth, South Taranaki, Stratford District Councils, and Taranaki Regional Council) seek proposals for valuation services and the district valuation role under the Rating Valuations Act 1998 and Valuer-General standards.

Scope includes:
- Triennial revaluations
- Annual Certificate of Equalised Values
- Roll maintenance (building consents, subdivisions, sales analysis, objections, errors, extraordinary events, boundary changes, rezoning, amalgamations, utilities, rating apportionments)
- Expert advice and support
- Supply and maintenance of the District Valuation Roll system
