What Is Important To Us
Council is looking for credible contractors who have the capacity, capability, expertise and resources to deliver these services on time and within budget. We need provision of reliable, timely service delivery. We strongly recommend Tenderers show how the standards of the Office of the Valuer-General will be met especially audit requirements to reduce the likelihood of delays in completing the Triennial valuations on time.
Council wants to support the development of a sustainable and thriving economy, and to be socially responsible using our knowledge and resources within Taranaki for the benefit of the whole community. We aim to achieve some broader outcomes for the Taranaki community from our procurement. We strongly encourage Tenderers to demonstrate how they will add value to the Taranaki community from their proposal.
Why Should You Register Your Interest?
This is an opportunity to work in partnership with the Councils of the Taranaki Region in delivering best practice rating valuation services to the community.
