We are pleased to invite companies to provide a ‘Registration of Interest’ (ROI) for the Yarrow Stadium Strengthening/Improvement Works Project in New Plymouth.
Construction works are planned to commence by the end of June 2020.
The purpose of this registration is to confirm your company’s interest and resources to provide construction services for Taranaki Stadium Trusts’ planned strengthening/improvement works at Yarrow Stadium.
1.0 Outline Scope
The project includes but is not limited to the following:
• Repairs to the earthquake-prone grandstands and consequential changes.
• Important refurbishments including additional food and beverage outlets and toilets, technology upgrades,
• LED pitch lighting, car park improvements, maintenance and grounds storage sheds, gate improvements,
• New South Terrace seating and reinstatement of Field 1.
2.0 Contractor Procurement Process
The ROI submission will be evaluated on your company’s skills, experience and capability to undertake such work.
Following receipt and review of the ROI submissions, a number of parties will be short-listed and given the opportunity to tender the Main Contract works for the Yarrow Stadium Strengthening/Improvement Works Project.
Overall project value is approx $50million. Contract value will be confirmed during the tender process.
3.0 Company Information
Please submit the following information with your ROI:
• Relevant Project Experience.
• Nominated Project Team.
• Capacity Statement.
• Details of any possible or implied conflict of interest.
• Other as applicable.
4.0 Key Personnel
Please supply brief CV’s of all personnel who would be involved in the Yarrow Stadium project should it be awarded to your company. These are to state academic and trade qualifications and a brief description of relevant practical experience.
5.0 Reference Sites
Please supply the following information for sites where you have undertaken work of a similar nature.
• Name, address and contact name of client
• Date of which the work was completed
• A precise summarised scope of work undertaken by your company
6.0 Timing
Please submit your Registration of Interest on or before:
4:00pm on Friday 06/03/2020.
Place your ROI in a sealed envelope clearly marked ‘Project Name Registration of Interest’ to RCP at its offices at “Level 1 – The Stranges Building, 219-223 High Street, Christchurch 8011” marked for the attention of Jared Glue. 3 bound hard copies and 1 soft copy to be provided please.
