The current Taranaki Regional Council website was developed in 2009/2010. Since then there have been major developments in website and mobile technologies and increasing customer expectations for engaging with the Council via online and mobile technologies.
There has been very little development of the website to meet those changes and our current website isn’t mobile-friendly.
The Council needs to redevelop its website to increase efficiency and improve services and engagement with our customers online and to be mobile-friendly. We want a website platform that has the capability to integrate with our internal systems and provides us with the ability to conduct our business online.
We are looking for an expression of interest (EOI) from companies that are keen to work with us to redesign and redevelop the Council website.
