We are using this ROI process to:
• Provide CWP members with a view of Transpower’s growing project works programme for the next 3 years
• obtain information on CWP member capacity, growth plans and workstream priorities to deliver all of the projects listed in the Service Provider ROI Portal; and
• utilise this information to optimise the procurement of services to achieve the scheduled work programme.
We will be requesting in this ROI, information to determine critical project pathways within your current (and future) capability to consistently develop and deploy resources throughout the CY4 and CY5 period.
CWP members are:
• Requested to register their interest in projects listed in the Project List;
• Required to follow the information requirements in the ROI Document
• Encouraged to provide feedback on any matters that Transpower should take into consideration in determining the procurement approach for each of the listed contestable work projects (e.g., timing for the project to take into consideration work they have with other customers).
For this Registration of Interest (ROI) process we have developed a SharePoint portal through which each of the members of the 3 Contestable Works Panels can participate and provide input and insight to be considered by Transpower, and its customers, for the optimal delivery of the proposed works schedule. All CWP members have been taken through the Service Provider ROI Portal and provided with access to their unique response register.
The principles of competitive secondary procurement along with the established operational guidelines for the contestable works panels remain as previously agreed.
