Overview
This RFP relates to the procurement of off-site fabrication of modular, re-usable and transportable
buildings to be used to create a self-contained accommodation facility in Grebe Valley (GVA),
Fiordland National Park (FNP). This accommodation facility (GVA) will be used to house and
support workers who will be undertaking repainting of transmission line towers in FNP.
We are looking to engage an experienced building fabricator with the capacity and capability to
construct; 12 individual accommodation units plus shower block, toilet block and drying room
buildings. The GVA is required to meet an aggressive timeframe of having a fully functioning
accommodation facility in place by April 2024.
